Colin Graham

Colin is a highly experienced, innovational, multi disciplined leader and negotiator, and a motivator and manager of people.

A driver and developer of businesses, with exceptional negotiation, relationship development and product/goal delivery, with a proven track record in procurement and product design, working on the ground in both Europe and Asia to develop and realise ideas or requirements to manufacture and delivery.

Using the skills gained through a multi industry business career, Colin is now specialised in specialist procurement, pricing, and contract negotiation. His services are engaged and retained by a number of renowned International businesses, in innovation, chemicals, technology, hospitality and construction.

Nick Smith

Nick has successfully led businesses in the graphic arts industry for over 25 years. He has worked across Europe and Asia as MD for Sun Chemical and Parkside Flexibles, responsible for P&L, manufacturing, product development, procurement and specifically, commercial contract negotiation.

During this time he gained an MBA from Cranfield Business School. Understanding the international graphic arts markets and associated supply chains, along with operating at different parts of the supply chain

Nick is specialised in structuring value propositions, product sourcing and supply, business development and contract negotiation, delivering significant business results. In this field, Nick is currently supporting a significant global supplier in the graphic arts market, recently negotiating their entry into the UK market.

Sam Neal

Sam owns a specialist printing business with a 47 year history of using Heidelberg presses to manufacture the finest print and packaging for many of the biggest brands globally.

His company is often used as a test site for new products, including papers, new equipment and technology as well as inks and coatings.

He also consults for a Swiss chemical and innovation business, to deliver C-suite opportunities at businesses with greater than $500 million revenue, across their wide-ranging technologies and global markets.

Rob Morgan

Rob previously had a career in financial markets and fund management and achieved a senior management role with UBS.

From 2004 to current day, Rob has been involved in the set-up, restructuring and management of numerous SME’s.

He specialises in establishing procedural excellence and financial rigour with experience in a number of sectors.
